OPINION – “Dr. Fauci said if hospitals get any more overcrowded, they’re going to have to make some very tough choices about who gets an ICU bed, said Jimmy Kimmel as he opened his show. “That choice doesn’t seem so tough to me. Vaccinated person having a heart attack? Yes, come right in, we’ll take care of you. Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goo? Rest in peace, wheezy.” Said the late-night host.
“When are we going to stop putting up with idiots in this country and just say, you know, it’s mandatory to get vaccinated? Said Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio show. “F-k them, f-k their freedom. I want my freedom to live. I want to get out of the house already. I want to go next door and play chess. I want to go take some pictures.” Said Stern
Well to add to a list of entitled celebrities looking down on us lowly folk for choosing to not get this particular vaccine at least until more data and more accurate information have come out, you can add both Jimmy Kimmel and Howard Stern to that list of people who if they had the power to take away your rights they would do so.
Now this is just an opinion piece and while I rarely write these kinds of articles I am going to try and be as factual as possible like I have done in the past.
People like Jimmy Kimmel, Howard Stern and the ex-governator Arnold Schwarzenegger who a month ago was caught on camera saying, “Screw your freedoms,” have all sought to sing the same tune.
However, these particular celebs are part of the “its rules for thee, but not for me crowd,” and Arnold proved that as days after he was caught in public not wearing a mask, Howard Stern the shock jock who perhaps should have been canceled years ago for his consistently saying the N-word on air now saying f-k your freedom because his ratings have started to go down the drain.
Kimmel’s ratings have also begun to decline, probably because the “orange man” is no longer in the White House.
In fact, the show The Late Shift: Gutfeld topped Kimmel in ratings, did I forget to mention the show is on Fox News and hosted by Greg Gutfeld’s.
Kimmel and Stern would let people who choose to not get this vaccine die if they were on their death bed and frankly what both have said is disgusting and unbecoming of a man and as an American.
People like kimmel and Stern would see this country turn into present day Australia or Nazi Germany to step on a persons’ right to choose.
As Americans who believe in this country and are tired of celebrities, health officials and political leaders, we cannot allow the country to become so divided, pitting family member against family member or friend against friend.
We have to respect each other’s rights and respect each other’s lives. If you have received the vaccine, I think that is great but just because millions of Americans refuse to take this vaccine does not warrant them to be sentenced to death. Your health is not anyone else’s responsibility it is your own.
